The Tasty Trio is celebrating over 10 years of Wine, Cheese & Chocolate: Perfectly Paired tasting events! Join us for our first class at The Plaza Live, a delightful way to celebrate Valentine’s Day or Galentine’s Day, or a fun way to spend an evening out with your friends, partner, spouse, or family. Doors open at 6pm -The Plaza Live cocktail bar will be open for a pre class beverage.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT A TASTY TRIO TASTING EVENT:

Each guest will learn and experience how wine and food interact through tasting the thoughtful pairings of 5 boutique wines, 4 artisan cheeses, and 4 Peterbrooke Chocolatier of Winter Park chocolate confections. Tonda, Jill, and Lisa will guide you through each pairing while engaging with the audience and answering questions. Tasty Trio classes are appropriate for new wine enthusiasts and wine aficionados.

Who are the members of the Tasty Trio? They are food and wine experts with a passion for teaching– Tonda Corrente is the owner of La Femme du Fromage, Jill Ramsier is the co-founder of Quantum Leap Winery, and Lisa Wilk is the founder of Orlando Uncorked.

SEATING FAQS:

If you are planning on attending as part of a group (more than two people), it is best to have one person purchase the tickets: 

Reason #1 - Keeping it real, we all have that friend or relative who is slower to get their ticket. It’s been our experience that the class is sold out before that person gets around to trying to get a ticket, and they miss out.

Lisa is the founder of Orlando Uncorked, a local wine educator, wine and food writer, and blogger at Taste Cook Sip.com. Her love of chocolate and recipe development often brings an unexpected twist to pairings! Lisa will guide the class through 4 wine and Peterbrooke Chocolatier of Winter Park chocolate confection pairings. 

Jill is the co-founder of Orlando's first and only winery, Quantum Leap. Jill is a seasoned marketing executive who spent over 19 years in the restaurant industry before making the full leap into the world of wine. Jill will be educating the class on the 5 boutique wines made from the best producers and wine-making regions around the world.
